Urban Assembly new york harbor school
The Urban Assembly New York Harbor School is a maritime-oriented high school, putting an emphasis on environmental stewardship. The Harbor School is Career and Technical Education (CTE) oriented, curricula is integrated with career preparation and work based learning. I graduated as of 2023 in the top 10% of my class.
Marine Biology and Research Program
I was apart of the Marine Biology Research Program (MBRP), a three-year program that prepares students for core college level marine science by employing problem learning strategies. I enrolled in Stony Brook Universities Accelerated College Education (ACE) oceanography course.
MBRP Accomplishment
My proudest accomplishment within MBRP would be winning 2nd place, in the 2022 Marine Biology symposium, with my project about my saltwater recirculating aquaculture system.
